Timescales vary depending on your selections and stock availability, but most projects where we have the items in stock are completed within a few weeks. We’ll always provide a clear delivery and installation timeframe before you confirm your order.

Depending on your geographical location, your style and your budget, we can put you in touch with the perfect company or individual to help you realise your dream garden. We can then work together to make the furnishings work perfectly in your new space.

Yes, you’re welcome to visit our showroom to explore our ranges in person. Alternatively, we can arrange a virtual consultation to show you options and materials from the comfort of your home.

Your initial consultation with our design team is completely free. This allows us to understand your vision and provide a detailed, shopping-list style quote — often everything you need to make an informed decision.
For projects that require personalised plans, precise measurements, or a site visit, we request a £500 deposit. This deposit is fully credited toward your furniture when you’re ready to place your order, so it effectively forms part of your final payment.
+ Do you handle delivery and installation?
Yes. Once everything is ready, we’ll collate your items in our UK warehouse, arrange delivery at a convenient time, assemble and position your furniture, and remove all packaging — ensuring your outdoor space is ready to enjoy straight away.

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery and installation through our trusted delivery partners. Every item is handled with care and set up professionally for a flawless finish.
