Used to enable the burning of wood as your fuel instead of gas – the hybrid kit covers and protects the burner thus enabling wood to be burned on the other side of the oven. Useful if you fancy a change or you’re not sure which fuel option to go for! Compatible with the Dolce Vita and the Gastone Ovens.
